  VIDEO FROM CARE-A-THON ON 1/25/2025 RYAN BURCH, IN COLLABORATION WITH AYESHA KAPOOR, PRESENTS: PAINTED PROMISES MONROVIA'S FIRST POP UP ART GALLERY AND COMMUNITY EVENT BENEFITING ALTADENA SCHOOLS The town of Monrovia is opening up the doors of the historical Santa Fe Train Depot, for the first time in years! This special location will be open for a 3-day, multilayered community event and art show hosted by Chris Loos and Route 66 artist, Sellout. Curated by NiO Contemporary's Ayesha Kapoor. Featuring prominent artists from all over the world.  This show and weekend will directly benefit Aveson Elementary and Middle School as well as Odyssey Charter School.
