Pasadena Rent Stabilization Department Officially Announces Annual Allowable Rent Raises of 2.25%

Pasadena landlords with rent-stabilized units will be allowed to raise rents by up to 2.25% beginning this fall after the city’s Rental Housing Board approved the Annual General Adjustment, but landlords must hurry to comply with the rules.
