Pasadena Rent Stabilization Department Officially Announces Annual Allowable Rent Raises of 2.25%

Pasadena landlords with rent-stabilized units will be allowed to raise rents by up to 2.25% beginning this fall after the city’s Rental Housing Board approved the Annual General Adjustment, but landlords must hurry to comply with the rules. Pasadena Man Arrested After Police Recover Firearms, Narcotics in Search Warrant Operation

A 29-year-old Pasadena man was arrested Friday morning after police recovered firearms, narcotics, body armor and ammunition during a search warrant operation in the city’s north end, authorities said.
