Laura Friedman, who represents the Linda Vista area of Pasadena, is demanding answers from the Department of Homeland Security following the deployment of approximately 100 heavily armed federal agents outside Gov. Pasadena Man Arrested After Police Recover Firearms, Narcotics in Search Warrant Operation

A 29-year-old Pasadena man was arrested Friday morning after police recovered firearms, narcotics, body armor and ammunition during a search warrant operation in the city’s north end, authorities said. Lazaro Tapia was taken into custody at approximately 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 5 at a residence in the 800 block of North Euclid Avenue, according to Pasadena Police Lt. Matt Campeau.
